Friendly manner and no pressure approach
Having decided to get myself into some sort of shape I booked a block of five sessions with Gordon. I chose Gordon because of his friendly manner and no pressure approach. Following an initial health and fitness review I had two excellent workouts. Gordon knew how to really motivate me and showed me how much I was actually capable of. Finding out I was expecting a baby put the sessions on hold as I dealt with morning sickness but Gordon was so accommodating and when I did get back to it he had obviously thought carefully about how to adapt our sessions for my new 'condition'. Gordon has taught me so much about fitness during and after pregnancy, I feel sure that I will maintain a healthy balance and know that I can call on him with any concerns. Anyone considering working with a personal trainer should definitely give Gordon a shout, excellent, cannot recommend him highly enough!
After years of trying unsuccessfully I have now lost over a stone and many inches thanks to Gordon's motivation and encouragement. He has given me the belief that I can do it and I now look forward to the future where I can actually see myself reaching my ideal weight with his help. Thanks Gordon.
My mum and I have been training with Gordon for a few months now and his wealth of knowledge, skills and expertise have motivated us to turn our life around. We now enjoy exercising, in particular at box-fit which incorporates many different types of exercises, improving our all round fitness, especially our strength and stamina. What is so good about Gordon is that he takes the time to listen to you and ensures you understand the techniques that are being used. This, combined with his easy going manner and sense of humor, makes it feel more like fun than hard work but with the right results. We would highly recommend Gordon to anyone interested in turning their life around.

Teaming up with a personal trainer was something I would never have done myself - not until my partner got me a Xmas present, a block of 5 sessions with Gordon ( how's that for a subtle hint) I'm glad she did as it's worked out to be one of the best things I've done. Now 16 sessions in and still loving it - each one still feels fresh and a bit different from the last. Gordon knows his stuff and gives the right amount of motivation and encouragement that always means you get that little bit more out of yourself than you thought you could. I feel fitter and healthier than I have for years, and my overall outlook on being healthy and good living has improved. Gordon has plenty of helpful tips and advice on how to look after yourself outside of the gym too. Gordon was my personal trainer for over a year and taught me so much about the exercise and nutrition side that it is now a part of my everyday life, I can still hear his words in my mind when at the Gym pushing me that bit more.Thanks Gordon for changing my life 🙂

Training with Gordon is great fun your workouts are always varied and tailored to suit you, he has a great knowledge and you learn a lot about the body and different workouts. I got a lot more out of the training than what I expected. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend whatever your fitness goal Gordon can help you.

Within a few weeks of training with Gordon, i started to see dramatic improvements in my physique, fitness, sleep patterns and general wellbeing. With challenging and varied training sessions and by incorporating his nutritional advice into my everyday life, within a few months I had also dropped 2 dress sizes and had broken the cycle of diets/weight gain that had become a pattern for me over many years. Gordon's knowledge and experience is second to none and he never fails to make even the toughest training sessions fun. I cannot recommend Gordon highly enough! His exercise sessions were fun, tough and so effective - no more long sessions in the gym with little result. Instead, fast, focussed and results driven training. In a matter of weeks I had lost pounds and inches thanks to Gordon!
