- ‘Metabolic Effect’ based training, RBT, GVT, gym based training, martial art style training, boot camp/outdoor training, circuit training, bodyweight & core conditioning, fat loss training, unconventional training, development stretching amongst others.
Equipment used can include:
- focus pads, thai pads, kick pads, medicine balls, kettlebells, power bands, dumbbells, barbells, suspension straps, cardio machines, resistance machines, ViPR, powerbags, battling ropes, tyres, power wheel and much much more.
Depending on your goals, location and exercise preferences we offer personal training in the following environments/ locations:
- fully equipped gym at The Gym, Hamilton. (Membership Required)
- outdoors using Strathclyde Country Park or a locally agreed location.
- your own home or workplace (within a 5 mile radius with no additional charge).
