Health and Fitness Evaluation
A full assessment to measure and evaluate your current health and physical fitness.
This is a great way to obtain lots of information for a baseline to work with.
The evaluation consists of a wide variety of assessments such as:
- Body Mass Index
- Waist to Hip ratio
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar level
- Body Fat percentage
- Visceral Fat level
- Skeletal/ lean muscle percentage
- Resting metabolic rate
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Muscular strength and endurance
All tests are up-to-date and recognised by the fitness industry.
The evaluation will take approximately 1 hour and tests will be relevant to the individual.
