Group Training

If Personal Training is not for you then why not try training with some of your family, friends or colleagues in a private group session…even get your wedding party involved and get in shape together! Why go to a public gym when you can have your own for the period of the session?

This is a great way to train with a Personal Trainer in a comfortable and fun environment whilst receiving a great quality of service.

Ideal for those on a tighter budget who don’t like the crowded gym and are fed up with the same old exercise.

Sessions are designed to be functional and challenging with plenty of enjoyment.

A session can last anything from 30-60 minutes depending on your requirements.

Whether it’s indoors or outdoors you’re guaranteed to have fun whilst exercising your way to a fitter healthier you.

Training techniques can include ‘Metabolic Effect RBT’, volume/density training, martial art style moves, bootcamp style training, circuit training or even just jogging or power walking.

The typical session can utilise many pieces of portable equipment including pads, kettlebell’s, dumbell’s, battling ropes, ViPR’s and much much more.

In order to maintain a quality of service group bookings are available for groups of 3 to 12 people only. This is dependant on the facility used and the requirements of the group.

The more people in the group the lower the cost per person.
